Community mapping is an important part of our service here in Harvest Hub. Exploring our local community and seeking inspiration through the arts was the main goal for an outing to the newly reopened The Kildare Gallery located in Kildare Village.
When we visit art exhibitions we like to pick out our favourite work of art from the show and tell each other the reasons for picking that piece. There were so many wonderful paintings and sculptures on display that we found this very difficult to pick just one.
The art did not just end within the gallery walls, we found sculptures, murals and pops of poetry around every corner in Kildare village.
